2 . STATEMENT PROBLEM:
To Study the behavior with the alternate seller channels just like Cement traders, Hardware & Sanitary ware dealers, Ceramic tiles dealers and Building materials suppliers trying to convince all of them for taking the Authorized dealership of the Patre Paints India Ltd and expanding all their business with Berger Chemicals India Ltd.

To get to know regarding the various dealer channels' perception regarding paints industry. * To investigate the fundamental power of various companies in the fresh paint industry with the help of different actions. * To spot the market head among complete paints market & what kind of approaches they utilized to attract their customers. * To gather the information related to alternate dealer channels. 2. To know about how precisely the alternate dealer route industry functions. * To provide the short idea of the paints industry to ADCs & to influence all of them for broadening their business with that. * To distinguish the factors that impacts the decisions of ADCs towards increasing their organization with chemicals industry.
