He or she must be able to plan, be organized, have very good leadership skills, and have control of their work place. Management is usually explained by Robbins & Coulter (2007), because someone who heads and runs the work actions of others to ensure that their actions are finished efficiently and effectively. In accordance to Robbins & Coulter (2007), they state that, " during the early part of the 20th century, Henri Fayol, a spanish industrialist, 1st proposed that most managers performed five functions: planning, managing, commanding, complementing, and controlling” (p. 8).
